Information in an enquiry

The form requests your name, email address, phone number and project message. Company, project type, bid deadline and drawing uploads are optional. Do not submit personal information or project documents you are not authorized to share.

Drawing uploads

Uploads are handled by Uploadcare. Files submitted through the uploader are accessible to anyone who has their unique file link; the form does not create private, authenticated document access. For confidential drawings, contact us before uploading so the parties can agree an appropriate sharing arrangement and any NDA.

How the information is used

Contact and project details are sent to our business mailbox through our email provider. We use them for scope review, quotes, project communication and agreed delivery. Our hosting, email and upload providers process information needed to operate those services. Operational logs may contain technical request information used for availability and abuse prevention.

Retention and requests

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, including the relevant upload link if a file is involved. We review requests against project, accounting and other applicable record obligations. Avoid sending confidential drawings until their handling has been agreed.

Analytics

Where analytics is enabled, it is used to understand page visits and successful enquiry actions. Contact details, enquiry text and drawing URLs must not be included in analytics events. Browser and device controls can restrict third-party analytics.
