Enquiries and project approval
Sending a form requests a scope review; it does not place an order or charge a payment. The project proposal confirms the drawing set, included trades, deliverables, fee, payment arrangements, delivery date and revision scope. Review and approve those terms before estimating work begins.
Drawing-based estimating
Quantities and any pricing inputs follow the documents and assumptions agreed for the project. Provide current plans, specifications, addenda and the project location. Missing or conflicting information requires clarification. A takeoff is not structural design, engineering approval, code certification or a guarantee of a successful tender.
Deliverables and review
The approved scope defines whether the package includes quantities only, a priced estimate, rebar schedules, formwork measurements, marked drawings or other outputs. The contractor reviews the delivered work and confirms supplier pricing, site conditions, installation methods and the final bid before relying on it.
Revisions and delivery
Published turnaround ranges are planning guidance. The actual delivery date and included revisions are confirmed in the quote. Changes to drawings, additional trades or new assumptions may require a revised fee or schedule. Cancellation, payment and any refund arrangements must be stated in the approved project terms.
Document permissions
Submit only documents you are authorized to share. Uploader file links are accessible to anyone who has them. Agree restricted sharing and any NDA before submitting confidential material. Read our Privacy Policy for form and upload handling.
